Welcome!
Your New Website will be ready for business
in just a few easy steps!
Step 1: Update! We will hold a live website-focused workshop EVERY month!
Yes! The last Thursday of every month will be a live workshop focused on installing, updating and managing your Agency website!
Step 2: Download The Website Files
These files are on Dropbox - please download to your computer - not your mobile phone!
Please note: Depending on the download size limits with your internet service provider there may be 2 or 3 files downloaded. If you have only one zip file from Dropbox, please open the zip file until you see files with "WPVivid" somewhere in the name.
Example file name:
gptsandbots.com_wpvivid-19b6f17097b9d_2026-01-14-02-21_backup_all.part002
These are the files that you will upload to your WordPress installation!
Step 3: Installation Part 1
Note: When you install the backup files, you will overwrite any existing content on the site - so please do this carefully! I recommend either a fresh WordPress install - and this can be on either a top level domain (TLD) or on a subdomain...and YES! We will go over both types of installations in the Workshop 😉
To install your new website using the WPVivid Backup Plugin, follow these steps:
– First, confirm with your hosting company that you have 3GBs of space available for the installation.
- Second, install WordPress on your domain or subdomain. If you have CPanel, look for the Softaculous 'One Click' install, and follow the steps to install WordPress.
- Once installed, log in and go to the WordPress Dashboard > ‘Plugins‘ > Add New‘ and search for ‘WPVivid‘ or ‘WPVivid Backup, click ‘Install‘, and ‘Activate‘ it. (Alternatively, you can use the link below to download the plugin to your computer, and upload to your WordPress site from your computer)
Step 4: Installation Part 2
- Once the WPVivid Plugin is installed. find the plugin listed in the left hand menu of your dashboard: click on WPVivid > Backup & Restore > Upload
- Upload or drop the zipped website files you downloaded previously into the Upload box, then click the Upload button beneath the box. The files will automatically start loading - this will take a few minutes so be patient!
Step 5: Installation Part 3
- Once you click the Restore button, you will receive several 'warnings' asking you if you are sure you want to do this! Don't panic, but DO double check to make sure that you want to overwrote any files that may be on this site! Once you are sure, confirm your action by clicking yes on all of the confirmations 😉
Logging In To Your New Site!
Once the installation is complete, you will be logged out of the site
and will need to log in using these details:
User: aigoddess2
Password: REDhawk80*)
Step 6: Final Installation Steps!
- After logging in, go to Settings > Permalinks and click the blue SAVE button in the lower left corner TWICE!! This is absolutely necessary for your new website to function correctly!
- Change Admin details:
It's important to change the Admin details since everyone has the same one after installation. I recommend installing the plugin "Username Changer". Simply find the user "aigoddess2" and change the details to the new ones, and click Confirm. You may need to login again to confirm the new details.
Note: I strongly recommend that you have at least 3 admins listed for your site - and only should use an email address that uses the same domain. This is a lifesaver for accessing your site if it should go down or has any issues with update or plugin conflicts 😉
- Change your WordPress Admin Email
From your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Settings > General. Change the ‘Administration Email Address‘ to the email address you use to receive general emails, including forms, transaction emails etc.
Important: Check the inbox of the email you’ve entered for a confirmation email. If you do not received the confirmation email, you may need to contact your host to make sure you have SMTP enabled!
- Change your WooCommerce details:
From your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to WooComerce > Setting > Email. Make sure the ‘Recipient‘ emails for New Order, Cancelled Order, Failed Order are set to your email.
Go to Email sender options and change ‘From address’ to your email. It is best to use a domain email for this purpose to ensure your store’s notifications are delivered properly. For example, orders@yourstore.com or customersupport@yourstore.com.
You will also want to go through all of the WooCommerce sections to add your own payment details, tax information if necessary etc.

Step 7: Getting Ready to Sell!
Before opening the doors, there is some housekeeping to do!
- Go to WooCommerce and add your business, tax and payment information
- The site has 8 digital products installed but the download details are left blank on each one so that you can deliver the products from your own server or download service. To download the products, please use the link on the upper right corner of this page.
Once you have installed them on your own service, just paste the correct download details in the Product description of each product as shown below:
