You just bought the product. Now own the factory.
The White Label License hands you the instruction sets, knowledge files, templates, graphics and sales copy behind both Studios — with the right to rebrand the whole thing, sell it under your own name, and keep every dollar.
From customer to publisher.
A minute ago you bought a tool to build materials for your own classroom. This license changes what you are holding: the same materials, the same GPT instructions, but now as inventory you are allowed to sell.
You use the Studios
- Build materials for your own class
- Personal use only
- The GPT stays as we wrote it
- Nothing to sell
You publish the Studios
- Sell to teachers under your own brand
- Commercial rights, in writing
- Rewrite and rebrand every file
- A finished product line, ready to list
Eight rights. No asterisks.
Most white label offers grant rights with one hand and claw them back in the fine print — a price floor here, a marketplace ban there. This one does not. Here is the complete list.
Sell it as your own product
Put it on your own site, under your own brand, as a product you offer.
Edit anything you like
Rewrite the wording, add your logo, restructure the materials. Nothing is locked.
Keep 100% of every sale
No revenue share, no royalties, no reporting back to us. Ever.
Put your own name on it
You are the author of your edition. No attribution to us is required.
Sell on marketplaces
Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, Amazon KDP, Gumroad — wherever you already sell.
Give it away
Use it as a free lead magnet, a list-building bonus, or a client gift.
Pass resale rights onward
You may grant your own buyers the right to resell it too.
Set any price you want
There is no minimum. What you charge is entirely your decision.
The source files, not just the output.
A resale license that only gives you finished PDFs leaves you selling the same product as everyone else who bought it. You are getting the layer underneath — the instructions, the knowledge files, the editable templates — which is what lets your edition actually differ from ours.
The full GPT instruction sets
The complete system prompts behind both the K-2 and Grades 3-6 Studios. This is the actual engine — paste it in and you have your own working, curriculum-aware GPT.
Knowledge files
The reference documents each Studio draws on when it builds a worksheet, test or planner. These are what make the output classroom-appropriate rather than generic.
Editable templates
The worksheet, planner and comic-strip layouts in editable form, so your edition can look like yours rather than a copy of ours.
The graphics pack
Covers, mockups, banner and button art. Swap in your brand colors and you have a product that looks finished on day one.
The sales copy
The page copy, headlines, bullet sets and email angles used to sell these Studios — yours to adapt. This is normally the part that takes longest.
Your written license
A signed certificate stating the rights above in plain language, so you have documentation of what you are permitted to do.
Who this is actually for.
You already sell to teachers
A TPT shop, an Etsy store, a teaching blog with a list. You have the audience and you are short on products — this fills the shelf.
You sell digital products generally
You know how to launch and you are looking for a proven niche. Elementary education is large, evergreen, and buys every August.
You want to stop starting over
Building a curriculum-aware GPT and writing a sales page are the two slow parts of any launch. Both are already done here.
If you only want the Studios for your own classroom, you already have what you need — this upgrade is for people who intend to sell.
What this is not.
It is not a business, and it is not income
You are buying rights and assets, not results. Whether this earns anything depends entirely on your audience, your pricing and the work you put in. We make no income claims of any kind — see the earnings disclaimer.
It is not exclusive
Other people will hold this same license. Your edge comes from how you brand, position and market your edition — which is exactly why you are getting editable source files rather than locked PDFs.
It is not a done-for-you setup
You will need to create your own GPT, paste in the instructions, upload the knowledge files and put your branding on the templates. It is straightforward, but it is your work, not ours.
It does not include our platform or our name
You cannot claim you built ChatGPT, and you are not buying our brand. Your buyers will each need their own ChatGPT account with access to custom GPTs — the same requirement you had.
We would rather you buy this understanding exactly what it is than be disappointed later. Read the earnings disclaimer.

Before you decide.
Yes. You may present yourself as the author of your edition and no attribution to us is required anywhere in the product or its marketing.
No. There is no unit cap, no revenue ceiling and no reporting requirement. Whatever you sell is yours.
Yes. There is no minimum price in this license. You may price it high, price it low, bundle it, or give it away as a lead magnet.
Yes — you may pass resale rights on to your customers if you choose to. That is included in this grant.
No coding. You create a Custom GPT in ChatGPT, paste in the instruction set, upload the knowledge files and save. The templates and graphics open in ordinary design tools.
Possibly, and we will not pretend otherwise. This license is non-exclusive, so other holders exist as well. That is why you receive editable source files — your branding, price point and audience are what separate your edition from anyone else's.
Yes. Anyone using a GPT-based product needs a ChatGPT account with access to custom GPTs. Worth stating plainly on your own sales page, as we do on ours.
Launch pricing runs to August 10 at 9:00 AM ET, after which the license moves to $197. Buying during the window locks in $147.
Sell it as yours. Keep every dollar.
The instruction sets, knowledge files, templates, graphics and sales copy for both Studios — with full rights to rebrand and resell, for $147 during the launch window.
This is a licence to sell assets, not a promise of income. What you earn depends on your audience, your pricing and the work you put in.
